How & where to store perfumes?

Keep bottles upright, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity (not in the bathroom!).

Is there an expiry date for perfumes?

Most perfumes have a shelf life of 3 to 5 years though some may even last longer. Only some fragrant oils such as pure attars last without an expiration date.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

You can modify or cancel your order by mailing admin@privytrading.com. Please do so quickly! Once we've started packing your order (usually within 24 hours), changes can't be made, but we'll work with you on returns.

Do perfumes smell the same for everyone?
